International Forum on “Cultural Exchange and Mutual Learning between China and Africa”

The year 2024 marks the 11th anniversary of the “Belt and Road” initiative and the policy of “Sincere Friendship, Practical Results, Amity, and Good Faith” towards Africa. Embracing this pivotal milestone, Xiangtan University, in collaboration with Makerere University, is honored to convene the forum themed “China-Africa Cultural Exchange and Mutual Learning”.
